The building, with a total capacity of 78 people, is in the heart of the quite animated city centre and was recently renovated.
This is a comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay and a perfect option for couples, families, groups or professionals coming for a short stay, located near by all the main attractions.
This is one of 7 identical apartments in this modern building, complete with parquet floor throughout and all the necessary amenities included. The living / dining room is spacious and with natural light. The sofa is cosy and perfect to relax and watch the satellite TV or a DVD. A dining table and chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals and a Wifi internet connection to stay up-to-date with your e-mails. The open plan kitchen is completely equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
One bedroom is equipped with two single beds which can be prepared as one double on request, and the other room has bunk beds. The bathroom is complete with a bath tub.

Our apartments are located across from the Palau Guell, by Antoni Gaudi, our most celebrated architects.
At less than 1 minute walk from your apartment you'll find: supermarket, fresh market, Laundromat, movie theatre, pharmacy, police station, library, university.
We are located in the very center of the city, next to Las Ramblas, and at 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, where most of public transportations have their main stop.

The beach is located at 15 minutes walk from the apartments.
El Raval: Walking down the Ramblas from Plaza Catalunya, the Raval is the quarter on the right side. The Raval (known formerly as the Chinese quarter) has been the Bohemian quarter of the city, because it was the quarter of the artists, intellectuals, transvestites and prostitutes, and until today it maintains a Bohemian air. Nowadays it is the most multicultural and exotic quarter of Barcelona. The Raval is changing permanently (although they are still the second hand stores left from before and original bars like the Pastis, the London y the Marsella).
In the Raval you can find stores that offer food from all over the world, modern bars and restaurants and cultural centers, like the MACBA museum (Museum of Contemporary Art, a new construction) and next door the CCCB (The Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona, the building is a combination between modern and old architecture).
And for the lovers of classical music the Liceu (Opera House) (www.liceubarcelona.com), which has been reconstructed after the fire in 1994 and has preserved a great part of its magnificent interior. Since reopening the Liceu has diversified its program to include concerts and recitals.
One of the oldest ball rooms is the Paloma, a classic example for the leisure offer of Barcelona and loved by young and old. The music style varies between the traditional dance music (in the evening) and the most recent techno sound (at night).
