 Terms and Conditions VERY IMPORTANT:
-The arrival time will be communicated at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to your contact person.
-Please remember to call the contact person when you arrive to Barcelona so she will be meeting you directly at the apartment on arrival.
-Check-in time is between 14:00 and 21:00
Arrivals after 21:00 will have an extra charge of 25 Euros. Check out time is 11:00.
-Keys are given when the rent is paid in cash. We kindly ask you to have the exact amount ready.
-The deposit(150euros) will be charged in cash on arrival.
-We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties.
We do not accept eihter groups of people that come for final fooball matches.
Pets are not allowed in all apartments so without previous authorization they are not allowed at all.

Prices are listed on a per night basis. Some property prices may vary, implying discounts or increases, depending on seasons and/or length of stay. When applicable, these variances are indicated in the property description.
A security deposit is required on all properties as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is normally is 200 ? but can vary depending on the property. Please confirm security deposit amount upon booking. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to you after confirmation of property condition.
Full balance on some properties is asked for 6 weeks before arrival,a reminder will be sent to you via email and payment can be made Via bank transfer or Via the payment link (Handling charges for the later will be 2%).Failure to pay the full balance on request will result in the booking being cancelled and the loss of the deposit paid.
All guests staying in the rental property must be registered before arrival.
The client signing the agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Barcelona Holiday Accommodation shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever. If you should wish to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible, although we cannot guarantee being able to do so. If we are unable to affect the requested change or cancellation, your contractual liability will never exceed the rental amount that you agreed to date.
In the event that we were obligated by third party forces beyond our control to impose changes in your booking, you will have the choice of accepting the booking modifications and any corresponding price difference or receiving a 100% refund of monies paid. In all cases, Barcelona Holiday Accommodation's liability is limited to 100% of the amount received from you to date corresponding only to the specific property and operation being affected. The rental contract is between the property owner or agent and the renter.
You should take occupancy of the property at 4:00 pm and check out of the property before 10.00am on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications to these times in advance so that proper arrangements can be sought.
The property will have been freshly cleaned upon your arrival. Amenities such as sheets, towels and kitchenware are provided unless otherwise indicated on the property description.
The property and furnishings must be treated with care and consideration. You must report any damage or breakage to us prior to check-out or inform us immediately if damage is significant or should require emergency repairs. You agree to leave the property clean and tidy on departure.
Barcelona Holiday Accommodation and its associated property owners and agents accept no responsibility for harm, injury or guests' personal liability during your stay. We recommend the aquisition of an adequate travel insurance policy. No Show: If you cancel less than 28 days before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, we will charge your credit card the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid. Barcelona Holiday Accommodation reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
Whilst Barcelona Holiday Accommodation do their utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information contained on our website, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation to information on or accessible from this website.
